Terms of Service

Dear user, welcome to register as a user of MediaEasy, A global media direct acquisition and distribution platform under Shenzhen Yichengming Media Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "MediaEasy"). Before registering, please carefully read the following terms of service (especially the content highlighted in bold and underlined): If the user does not agree with any content of these terms of service, please do not register or use Media Easy Services. If the user enters the registration process and checks "I agree to the Media Easy Platform Service Agreement", it means that the user has reached an agreement with Media Easy and voluntarily accepts all the contents of these service terms. Afterwards, users shall not make any form of defense based on not reading the content of these terms of service.

1. Definition

The following words used in this Agreement, unless otherwise defined, shall have the following meanings:

1. Media Easy: Media Easy refers to the abbreviation www.meijieyi.com, A global media direct acquisition and distribution platform under Shenzhen Yichengming Media Technology Co., Ltd., and has obtained the corresponding trademark usage rights.

2. User: refers to an individual or organization who meets the conditions stipulated in this agreement, agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of this service agreement (including but not limited to this agreement), and actually uses the media.

2、 User Qualification

1. Only individuals or entities who meet one of the following conditions can apply to become users of this platform and use the services provided by this platform.

1). A natural person who is over 18 years old and has the capacity for civil rights and civil conduct;

2). Natural persons under the age of eighteen, but with written consent from their guardians (including but not limited to parents);

2. Companies, enterprises, institutions, associations, and other organizations established and legally existing in accordance with Chinese laws or the laws, regulations, and/or rules of their place of establishment. If a person without civil capacity, a person with limited civil capacity, or an organization without business or specific business qualifications improperly registers as a user of this platform or engages in transactions beyond their civil rights or capacity, the agreement between them and this platform shall be invalid from the beginning. Once discovered, this platform has the right to immediately cancel the user and pursue all legal responsibilities for their use of the platform's "services".

3. Users must provide their real name or company name, with a clear contact address and phone number.

3、 User's Rights and Obligations

1. Users have the right to use the services provided by this website in accordance with this agreement and relevant regulations of this website, including but not limited to using this website to publish task information, participate in relevant activities of this website, etc.

2. The user shall ensure that all registration information is true and accurate, including but not limited to the real name/name, registration certificate number/ID number, contact number, address, etc., and ensure that the company and the website can contact the user through the above contact information in a timely manner; If there are any changes to the registration information, users should update it in a timely manner.

3. Users shall be fully responsible for all actions taken with their registered account and shall not transfer or authorize others to use their registered account on this website without authorization. Otherwise, they shall bear all consequences arising therefrom.

4. Users shall ensure that the task information and promotional content posted or requested to be posted by other users on this website are true, accurate, and not misleading, and comply with relevant laws and regulations such as the Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China. Users should ensure that the products and services corresponding to the task information and promotional content are genuine, effective, harmless, and legal.

5. Users are not allowed to spread any counterfeit or inferior product or service information on this website, including but not limited to counterfeit or imitation of other people's patents, certifications, trademarks, products that do not meet national or industry standards, expired and spoiled products, false services, etc.

6. Users are not allowed to post information on this website that is prohibited by the state from publishing or infringing on the intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests of others, nor are they allowed to post information that violates social public interests or public morality.

7. Users shall abide by the principle of good faith when using this website, shall not engage in unfair competition, shall not disrupt the normal order of online transactions, and shall not engage in any behavior unrelated to online transactions.

8. The user promises that all actions taken on this website comply with national laws, regulations, social public interests, public morality, and relevant provisions of this website.

9. Users shall bear the relevant taxes and fees arising from the use of this website, including but not limited to advertising fees, platform service fees, etc.

10. Users are not allowed to log in to this website or damage the services provided by this website using the following methods:

10.1 Accessing or logging into this website through any robot software, spider software, crawler software, screen scraping software, or other automated means;

10.2 Any behavior that causes or may cause unreasonable or disproportionate significant loads on the internal structure of this website through any means;

10.3 Interfere or attempt to interfere in any way with the normal operation of this website or any activities conducted on this website.

10.4 The user agrees to receive information from this website, including but not limited to event information, transaction information, promotional information, etc.

11. Users, together with our company and website, may use their relevant information in the following matters:

11.1 Timely send important notifications to users, such as promotional activity information and changes to the terms of this agreement;

11.2. Our company and website conduct audits, data analysis, and research to improve products, services, and communication with users;

11.3 According to the provisions of this agreement, the company and this website shall manage, review user information, and take measures to handle it;

11.4 The situation where the company and this website independently determine that it is a reasonable use;

11.5 Other matters stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.

4、 Platform Usage Standards

4.1 Prohibit the publication, transmission, dissemination, and storage of content that violates national laws and regulations:

4.2. Violating the basic principles established by the Constitution;

4.3. Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;

4.4. Damaging national honor and interests;

4.5. Those who incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermine ethnic unity;

4.6. Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

4.7 Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and disrupting social stability;  

4.8. Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror, or inciting crime;  

4.9. Insulting or slandering others, infringing upon their legitimate rights and interests;  

4.10. Inciting illegal gatherings, associations, marches, demonstrations, and gatherings to disrupt social order;  

4.11. Engaging in activities under the name of illegal civil organizations;

4.12. Involving recent sensitive speech and activities, criticizing others' products or advertisements, and conducting negative promotion;

4.13. Contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

 

4.14. Once this platform discovers that a user has posted the above illegal content, it will not approve the review and has the right to suspend or delete the activity at any time. This platform has the right to report to relevant government agencies such as public security and industry and commerce, and the consequences will be borne by the advertiser themselves. From the moment the user posts illegal content, it shall be deemed as a breach of contract by the user, and the platform shall no longer assume any obligations under this Agreement accordingly.

 

4.15. If users post false information, resulting in adverse consequences, advertisers should bear corresponding responsibilities and have nothing to do with this platform. If a user violates national laws and regulations, this Agreement, or maliciously attacks this platform, this platform has the right to stop providing services to the user without assuming any responsibility. If this platform suffers any damage or any disputes, lawsuits, or claims from third parties, the user must compensate this platform for the corresponding losses, such as litigation fees, lawyer fees, other third-party fees, business impact losses, etc., and the user shall be fully responsible for all consequences arising from their violation of the Agreement.

 

5、 The Rights and Obligations of Media Easy

1. Media Easy only provides users with a content advertising trading platform, and users must ensure that all information is true, valid, and legal.

2. Media has the obligation to ensure the normal operation of the entire online trading platform based on the existing technological level, avoid service interruptions or limit interruption time to the shortest possible time, and ensure the smooth progress of users' online trading activities.

3. Media Easy has the obligation to provide timely answers to any problems encountered by users when registering and using the Media Easy platform.

4. Media Easy has the right to access users' registration information. If there are any problems or doubts about the registration information, Media Easy has the right to issue a notice to inquire about the user and request an explanation or correction, or directly impose penalties, delete information, delete accounts, etc. without notifying the user.

5. If users have disputes with other users or engage in transactions on Media Easy, they can provide feedback on the dispute situation to Media Easy. Media Easy has the right to understand the dispute situation from both parties through online instant messaging and telephone contact, and will coordinate and communicate based on the understanding to make a final decision. The user agrees to accept any compensation or deduction resulting from media arbitration.

6. Media Easy is not obligated to conduct prior review of all users' registration information, all transaction behaviors, and other matters related to transactions. However, if the following situations occur, Media Easy has the right to restrict users' activities, verify relevant information from users, issue warning notices, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend, or refuse to provide services to the user:

6.1 Users who violate this agreement or are included in this agreement due to being mentioned;

6.2 If a user or other third party notifies Media Easy that a certain user or specific transaction has engaged in illegal or improper behavior and provides relevant evidence, but Media Easy is unable to contact the user to verify any information provided by the user to Media Easy;

6.3 If a user or other third-party notification media believes that a certain user or specific transaction has engaged in illegal or improper behavior, and provides relevant evidence. Media can easily distinguish relevant content based on the knowledge level standards of ordinary non professional traders, and it can be clearly assumed that these contents or behaviors may cause financial losses or legal liabilities to media users or media.

7. According to national laws and regulations, the content of this agreement, and the factual basis obtained by Media Easy, it can be determined that the user has engaged in illegal or non compliant behavior under this agreement, as well as other inappropriate behavior on the Media Easy platform. Media Easy has the right to publish the user's illegal behavior on the platform in the form of online publication, and has the right to delete relevant information, terminate service provision, etc. at any time without obtaining the user's consent.

8. Media may have the right to delete or take other restrictive measures to process the following information without notifying users: including but not limited to the purpose of avoiding fees; For the purpose of hype up credit; There is malicious or false content such as fraud; Not related to online transactions or not for the purpose of transactions; There are malicious orders or other factors attempting to disrupt normal trading order; This information violates the public interest or may seriously harm the legitimate interests of the media and other users.

6、 Interruption and termination of services

1. In the absence of charging relevant service fees to users, Media Easy may, at its sole discretion, terminate its services to users for any reason (including but not limited to Media Easy's belief that the user has violated the literal meaning and spirit of this agreement, or that the user has not logged into Media Easy for more than 180 days), and no longer retain all user information (including but not limited to user information, manuscript information, transaction information, etc.) on Media Easy. At the same time, the media may, at its sole discretion, cease providing all or part of the services at any time with or without notice. After the termination of the service, Media Easy has no obligation to retain the original user information or any related information for the user, or forward any unread or unsent information to the user or third party.

2. If a user requests to cancel the identity of a registered user on Media Easy, they must obtain the approval of Media Easy for review. Media Easy will cancel the registered user, and the user will terminate the agreement with Media Easy. However, Media Easy still reserves the following rights:

2.1 After the user logs out, Media Easy has the right to retain the user's information, including but not limited to previous user information, transaction records, etc.

2.2 After the user logs out, if the user has engaged in illegal behavior or violated this agreement on the Media Easy Trading Platform before logging out, Media Easy may still exercise the rights stipulated in this agreement.

3. If the following situations exist, Media Easy can terminate the service by canceling the user:

3.1 Based on the information obtained, our company and media Yitai determine that the user has engaged in illegal, non compliant, or other inappropriate behavior in accordance with the relevant provisions of this agreement

3.2 If the user registration information and provided materials contain false content;

3.3 Other circumstances that the company and media may consider necessary to terminate the service.

7、 Media Disclaimer

When the user accepts this agreement, they should clearly understand and agree to:

1. The risk of using media is borne by the user personally. Media is provided on the basis of existing technology. Media may not guarantee the following:

1) Media will easily meet the requirements of all users.

2) Media is easily undisturbed, able to be provided in a timely manner, safe and reliable, or error free.

3) The result of obtaining the right to use this service is correct or reliable.

2. Whether any information is easily downloaded or obtained through media is the user's own consideration, measurement, and risk. The user shall be fully responsible for any damage or loss of information to the user's computer system caused by downloading any information.

3. The suggestions and information easily obtained by users through media, regardless of their form or expression, do not constitute any warranty not explicitly stated in this agreement.

4. Media Easy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, derivative, or punitive damages (even if Media Easy has been informed of the possibility of such damages) for loss of profit, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses caused by the following reasons:

4.1 Whether the medium is easy to use or not.

4.2 Unauthorized access or alteration of user's transmission or data.

4.3 Any third-party statements or actions in the media.

4.4 Media related matters.

5. Media Easy only provides users with a platform for service transactions. Media Easy does not assume any guarantee responsibility for the legality, authenticity, and quality of tasks posted by users, as well as their ability to fulfill transactions. If users suffer damages due to the use of Media Easy or the purchase of any items published on Media Easy, Media Easy shall not be liable for any compensation or indemnification.

6. The media is easy to provide links to other websites or resources on the Internet, and users may therefore link to websites operated by other operators, but this does not mean that the media is easy to have any relationship with these operators. Websites operated by other operators are the responsibility of each operator and are not within the scope of media control and responsibility. Media Easy also does not guarantee or assume responsibility for any content, advertisements, products, or other materials that exist or originate from such websites or resources. The media shall not be held directly or indirectly responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use or reliance on any content, goods or services published on or obtained through such websites or resources.

8、 Intellectual Property

1. Media Easy and any related software, programs, and content used by Media Easy, including but not limited to works, images, files, materials, website architecture, website layout arrangement, web design, advertisements or information presented to users through Media Easy or advertisers, are legally protected by relevant laws and are entitled to corresponding intellectual property rights by Media Easy or other rights holders, including but not limited to copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, or other exclusive rights. Without the explicit authorization of Media Easy or the rights holder, the user guarantees not to modify, rent, lend, sell, distribute Media Easy or any of the above-mentioned materials and resources used by Media Easy, or create any kind of item based on the above-mentioned materials and resources.

2. Media Easy grants users a non transferable and non exclusive right to use its object code (hereinafter referred to as the "Software") on a single computer, but users shall not and shall not allow any third party to copy, modify, create derivative works, perform reverse engineering, reverse engineering, or otherwise decipher or attempt to decipher the source code, or sell, transfer or sublicense the Software, or transfer any rights to the Software in any other way. The user agrees not to modify the "software" in any way or use the modified "software".

3. Users are not allowed to use Media Easy through interfaces not provided by Media Easy.

9、 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any force majeure or other unexpected events that make the performance of this agreement impossible, unnecessary, or meaningless. The force majeure referred to in this contract refers to objective circumstances that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable, including but not limited to war, typhoons, floods, fires, lightning strikes or earthquakes, strikes, riots, statutory diseases, hacker attacks, network viruses, telecommunications department technical controls, government actions, or any other natural or man-made disasters.

10、 Special instructions related to business

1. Users who provide direct supply services agree that MediaEasy may adjust and automatically change the corresponding external quotation based on market conditions and service fee rates. If necessary, users can make further modifications based on their needs.

2. This agreement may be updated at any time by this website. Once the updated agreement terms are published, they will replace the original agreement terms. Media Easy will not provide further notice, and users can check the latest version of the agreement terms on the Media Easy website. After modifying the terms of the agreement on the Media Easy website, if the user does not accept the modified terms, they may immediately stop using the services provided by this website. Continuing to use the services provided by this website will be deemed as accepting the modified agreement.

 

11、 Dispute Resolution Methods

1. The validity, performance, and all matters related to the effectiveness of this Agreement and its amendments shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and any disputes shall only be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

2. Any disputes arising from the use of MediaEasy services shall be submitted to the corresponding official arbitration institution for arbitration. The relevant disputes shall be arbitrated separately and shall not be merged with any other party's disputes in any arbitration. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on all parties. If the dispute involved is not suitable for arbitration resolution, the user agrees that all disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of a court with jurisdiction.
